All our orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment!
Depending on the weight of the item you order we will either ship with Royal Mail or via Parceline 24 hour delivery.
Some items, if shipped by courier, will incur an additional delivery charge. This will only happen when the item is being shipped to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands and Internationally.
If your item is light enough to post using Royal Mail, only international deliveries will incur an additional delivery charge.
If items are shipped by courier they will usually require a signature on delivery. If you miss delivery the courier should post a “sorry we missed you” card so that you can re-arrange delivery at a time to suit you.

Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing within seven days of the date of delivery and return the goods to us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. We cannot replace items due to accidental damage or incorrect sizing. All faulty items must be returned within 7 days.
